Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro or Serbia or will you graduate in 2024? Are you interested to gain practical work experience in Germany within the framework of an internship?
If you can answer these questions with ‘yes’, you are invited to apply for our Internship Programme of German Business – the call for application is open from 1st October until 14th November 2024!
Your time in Germany will have a huge positive impact on your professional and personal development which will increase your employability upon your return back home. You will be able to get a decent job related to your education much faster and easier. This way, your new experience and contacts will also strengthen the economic development in your home countries and promote bilateral economic relations both with Germany and within the region. This exchange and the associated alumni network make the Programme an important contribution to regional reconciliation, intensifies economic relations and creates a cross-border network of cosmopolitan young professionals in the region.
The Internship Programme of German Business provides an insight into German corporate culture. You will gain practical work experience in modern management and work organisation, work in a multicultural environment and expand your professional as well as your personal network.

Our upcoming events
Interview Season will Start
25th Novembre – 15th February 2025
The call for application for our generation 2025 will be closed on 14th November. Interviews in all our partner countries will be conducted very soon, starting with Serbia on 25th November.
Regional Coordinators' Meeting
17th – 19th January 2025
The coordinators of our 8 alumni clubs will gather in Skopje at the beginning of the year. This meeting will focus on onboarding new coordinators, planning alumni activities for 2025, and dive into further strategic development and projects that our network has to offer to its members and the business community.
Paying Back to Society
December 2024
Our alumni regularly come together to initiate events and build bridges within their communities, offering support and giving back. Whether it’s providing school supplies for children in need, spending time with the elderly, or organising clean-up actions, our alumnis’ #payingbacktosociety events demonstrate the positive impact a strong and supportive network has on local communities. Throughout December, alumni in all of our seven participating countries contribute to local charity events, celebrating the end of the year with kindness, donations, and presents to those in need.
